TPO Tank Liner
A certain amount of liner preparation can be carried out off site if all dimensions of the tank have been supplied.

RDL are able to offer the full lining of any water storage tank requiring a tailor made tank liner. Our experienced team will arrive on-site with rolls of material and fabricate the liner to the required size and shape using hot air welding machinery. Welded seams are fully tested against leaks. A certain amount of liner preparation can be carried out off site if all dimensions of the tank have been supplied. This would allow pre-punched holes and eyelets to be installed at the top of the liner wall sections to enable it to be suspended from the bolts around the top of the tank.
The tank liner is cut to ensure there is a minimum amount of cross welds on the walls to keep the seam patching to a minimum. This method of lining can apply to all types of steel tanks and also concrete tanks. If the tank roof requires lining to prevent rising damp in below ground level tanks, this can easily be achieved with the use of laminated Flagmetal strips.
