Russetts Developments Limited in recent years have made moves
to provide our customers with the opportunity to take advantage of
our extensive external works knowledge. We have a number of
teams available, all of which are trained and carry various safety
and training certificates. Examples of applications undertaken
include lake liners, slurry lagoon liners, pillow tanks and oil bund
liners.

We also specialise in the design and supply of pre-formed or site welded liners for liquid containment tanks. We have extensive experience in lining the following types of tanks:

• Aluminium / Galvanized cylindrical bolted panel sprinkler and potable water storage tanks.
• Elevated rectangular sectional GRP / press steel tanks.
• Relining and refurbishment of failed bolted panel cylindrical mastic tanks.
• Lining of circular, rectangular and completely below ground basement tanks.
• Lining of WRC approved drinking water tanks.

Although our main expertise lies predominately with Butyl products, EPDM rubber, Epalyn EP Rubber and Greenseal rubber we are also able to offer alternative flexible lining products for the containment of more aggressive liquids. These materials include, Polypropylene, Siemens XR5 / XR3, Sarnafil Flexible Polyolefines (FPO) and PVC etc.

Liners are manufactured in various materials to any shape and size depending on the application. Geotextile underlay can be provided to give additional protection to the membrane.

Method statements and risk assessments can be provided for all jobs.
